Alexa Wynter
Alexa Wynter is a member of the teaching and leadership staff at Amarikhotánale. She is an Indigenous Caribbean practitioner with place-based affiliation to Kore-üshí Kasekoyaha (present-day Dolphin Head Forest Reserve, Jamaica). Her background includes self-directed training in archery and spearing applied within applicable regulations, including bowhunting (seasonal only), freshwater bowfishing (non-game species only), and saltwater spearfishing. Her community-recognized designations include Inhibida-arin (May 2025—), reflecting her developing medical response expertise within prolonged and austere environments.
Alexa Wynter is currently enrolled as an MBA Finance student at the Florida Institute of Technology (Melbourne, Florida), with an expected graduation date of 2028.
