USA Archery
Amarikhotánale is in the early stages of establishing a recurve archery club through through instructor-development pathways with USA Archery. Recurve archery is practiced in both competitive and hunting contexts and provides students with opportunities to develop concentration, discipline, body awareness and risk management. Club activities may incorporate discussions of archery's historical and contemporary applications, including its role in outdoor recreation, wildlife management, and conservation traditions.
USA Freediving
Amarikhotánale is in the early stages of developing a freediving club through instructor-development pathways with USA Freediving. Freediving is a sport focused on breath control, safety, and environmental awareness. The club is intended for students interested in saltwater environments and conservation traditions. Club activities may incorporate discussions of the historical and contemporary applications of cooperative fisheries, including ethics-based spearfishing practices. Opportunities may also include engagement with the broader freediving community through organizations such as AIDA International in Switzerland.
