Amarikho Pathways

Amarikho Pathways supports two post-completion pathways based on demonstrated competency, readiness, and available supervisory capacity:

1. Workforce Pathway (non-Instructor Track): Placement into industry-aligned roles, including tourism. Training and field activities are scheduled in alignment with the Timánale calendar as a coordinating framework for operational conditions and field readiness. Program-designated vessels utilized for training and research are maintained and registered in accordance with applicable regulations. Program supervisors hold a valid Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card.

2. Community Pathway (Instructor Track): Preparation for instructional roles within Amarikhotánale, including responsibility-based progression within a chosen teaching practice. This pathway operates through field-based application, supported by simulated training environments, where participants specialize in a teaching practice and are trained to uphold standards of practice across field settings.
